This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Across the street is a lovely park and recreation center with an indoor pool and sauna. You are 10 minutes from the airport, blocks from the bike trail along the river, and a few miles to shopping centers and downtown Eugene.

The GM was built in 1951 on old orchard land. It's in South River Rd and shares the large, private .27 acre property with The Marion, a sister Airbnb. The GM, renovated in '22, is in a quiet residential area and has a newer elementary school behind the home. Parking is available in the carport and driveway. The concealed 2 BD, 1 Bath home is set far back from the road, sheltered by oak trees. This clean, organized and comfortable home is well stocked and offers everything you may need or want.
