My husband and I loved our stay at Mohammed's apartment. It had all the home comforts we needed. The wifi was good. It has 2 air conditioning units which we really appreciated. The roof seating area is lovely. There is a supermarket only 300 metres away. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

The place felt like home from the moment I arrived. The check-in was one of the smoothest I’ve experienced, thanks to the great host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The apartment is in a great area, well worth the price, and close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Most major attractions in Baghdad were just around 15 minutes away, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baghdad. The host is an open-minded Iraqi with rich travel experience, which reflects in the thoughtful way the place is managed. Don’t overthink it—if you’re wondering where to stay in Baghdad, this is the one.

Omer sent us directions with photos and clear instructions on where to find an ottopark for our rental car and how to locate the apartment. He was both very friendly and accommodating and spoke excellent English. The apartment is in the old town with views from the shared terrace that look over the city. There was another family in the rooms below us but we never heard them. The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bath with most of the original details. You really feel that you are part of the old town. Thank you Omer for all your help with our travel even after we left Mardin.

A lovely and cozy place! Gashaw was incredibly communicative and professional, providing all the support and assistance we needed. The flat is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including two bathrooms and a fast elevator. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful Erbil experience — and don't miss the chance to explore the stunning beauty of Kurdistan!

Bayram tatilinin yoğunluğunda yer bulduk. Konağın oda tipi orjinal bir yer arayan için ideal. Daha önce hiç deneyimlemediğiniz tarz bir yer olabilir dolayısıyla adapte olmakda zorluk çekebilirsiniz ama bu tarz bir ev yapısının var olduğunu deneyimlemek mardinin yerel mimari tarzını hissetmek için güzel oldu. Ev sahibi Meacar abi her türlü yardımcı olur aynı şekilde orayla ilgilenen abla ve eşi de. Hijyen yönünden oldukça iyiydi. Bütün konak size ait oluyor. Mutfağında daha fazla vakit geçirmek isterdik, kab kacak fazlasıyıla vardı.

Hamada was a great host—very responsive and always reachable. The place was easy to find and located in a safe area, with a grocery store just around the corner. It was also convenient to get around by taxi, with restaurants and a mall nearby. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay!

Vazgen et sa famille ont été très accueillants . Vazgen est très ouvert sur le monde et à la discussion sur grand nombre de sujet. Cela a été très agréable . Ce que nous pouvons retenir de ce séjour est la bienveillance, la générosité et l’ouverture d esprit de cette belle famille arménienne. отличное жилье в исторической части города, удобно добираться пешком до главных достопримечательностей. вся нужная инфраструктура под рукой. хозяин очень отзывчивый и честный. есть некоторые нюансы проживания, которые хозяин сразу с вами обсудит. это была прекрасная поездка и хорошее размещение в чудесном городе Мардин :)

It’s a beautiful place with a cozy and comfortable house. They went above and beyond by creating stunning Christmas decorations and a festive atmosphere with garlands for us, making our New Year celebration truly special. There’s also a sauna on the property and breathtaking mountain views, which added to the experience.

Ben anlık kiralamıştım ve o an hızlı dönüş yaptı, her haliyle mükemmel bir yerdi. Özellikle ben terasını çok sevdim çünkü terasta gökyüzü manzarası çok güzel gözüküyordu, aynı zamanda da Deniz Bey çok cana yakın ve dost canlısı, anlayışlı biriydi. Güzel vakit için teşekkürler ona.

Best of the best! Marietta was wonderful from the beginning, when she proposed to fetch us at the station, to the end of our stay, when she booked the transport for us. Everyday she gave us delicious food and a lot of love, and invited us to fun activities. We went to her garden to pick fresh herbs to make jengyalov hats bread in her kitchen. With her husband we visited many attractions around Goris. She is the best and I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and hope we will have the opportunity to meet again!
