Vous serez séduit par le charme de l'ancien avec les poutres apparentes, le parquet et le mobilier d'époque, notamment la bibliothèque riche en ouvrages d'art. Dans ce quartier historique, l’un des plus vieux de Paris, riche de ses hôtels particuliers, musées, galeries d'art, boutiques, restaurants et cafés, vous pourrez découvrir à pied la plupart des grands centre d’intérêt parisiens. Le Jardin Suspendu, dans le quartier du Marais, est le lieu idéal pour découvrir Paris, car situé au coeur de la capitale. Nous mettons à votre disposition un appartement qui allie le charme de l’ancien et le confort contemporain : poutres, parquet, pierres apparentes et meubles de style assemblés avec goût, un véritable “chez-soi” parfaitement équipé et très confortable. Bien que nous soyons souvent absent, cet endroit est notre habitation principale. Aussi, vous bénéficierez de tous les soins que nous y avons apportés et de tous les équipements dont elle dispose. Nous espérons également vous faire partager notre goût pour les objets et le mobilier ancien. L’appartement, de 3 pièces principales, est situé au 2ème étage sur rue et cour (avec ascenseur). Il se compose : d’une entrée, d’une grande pièce de vie, d’une chambre, d’un bureau/bibliothèque, d’une cuisine indépendante et d’une salle de bain. Particularité du lieu, les pièces principales n’ont pas de porte de séparation, afin d’optimiser l’espace, d’améliorer la circulation intérieure et de bénéficier au maximum de la lumière externe. Bien que notre rue soit calme, toutes les fenêtres sont équipées d’un vitrage anti-bruit qui garantit votre tranquillité. Vous avez accès à tout l'appartement. Une personne extérieure sera disponible si nécessaire Situé dans le Marais, au cœur de Paris, l'appartement permet de rejoindre facilement tous les centres d'intérêts de la capitale. Vous apprécierez également les boutiques branchées et les nombreux restaurants et cafés dans ce quartier historique. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun, plusieurs lignes de métro et de bus faciliterons vos déplacements. Vous trouverez à proximité les stations : Rambuteau (M11) à 260 m Hotel de Ville (M1) à 400 m Châtelet-Les Halles (RER A-B-D) à 650 m Pour nos visiteurs en voiture, il est possible de stationner votre véhicule dans notre rue ... mais attention ! les places sont rares. Plusieurs parkings souterrains sont à votre disposition dans un rayon de 300 mètres. Vous souhaitez arriver avant 10:00 ou après 20:00 ? Pour vous évitez tout désagrément, informez-nous AVANT de réserver ! Prévoyez un supplément de 20 €, en cas d'arrivée tardive (après 20:00) pour rémunérer la personne chargée de votre accueil. In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.
