Evergreen : locations de vacances

It was such a beautiful place and looked exactly like the pictures. We never even ran out of hot water and there were 5 of us showering after one another. A bottle opener in the house would have been great though. The outside area was amazing with hammock swings and grills and corn hole and a cool ring catch thing, fire pits and fire wood. Soooooo close to everything even walking distance to the beach and Navarre family watersports.

The location, in this gated community, was beautiful and felt safe. The private beach entrance was nearby and the beaches were stunning. We also enjoyed the two swimming pools. Kelly and Steve were proactive in their communications with us and were very responsive to our questions, which made our experience stress free. We will definitely be back!

Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was still a great place to stay at. Beautiful in the inside and if you wanted to walk to places you can it’s not too far which was perfect. Not too far from the beach either. Will be booking again

We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach, although the private beach signs are an irritation once you cross the street to the public beach access. The king bed is amazing. We brought our own carbon monoxide detector. We did not realize it was Atlanta’s spring break and was surprised to see such a crowd there. Conveniently located next to the Cumberland Farms/Tom Thumb store and walking distance to Goatfeathers which was great. We loved being able to cook at the condo. Beach chairs and towels a real plus in the condo. More supplies that we didn’t use, so everything you might need is there! Very responsive host. Great place.

I have to say we were very pleased with the condo! Not being familiar with the area, it was very easy to find, and very close to the wedding we attended. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the rooms were very beachy! The balcony backed up to a wooded area, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after the wedding. I can't say enough good words about our host. She was very responsive and caring. We will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to Gulf Shores! Karrie & James

Bill was a great host for my family! We traveled with our pets and took them to the beach for the first time. The space was big enough and we felt right at home. Also loved that the area is not as busy and family oriented. We will recommend this to everyone & be back again someday! Thank you so much Bill.

Beautiful location with ocean views and just steps away from beautiful clear water! A coffee shop with breakfast and lunch items (Camille’s) is within walking distance. Loved that we could make coffee in the morning and meals at the condo- all kitchen supplies were there. There were beach chairs and toys for the kids. My kids also loved the stuffed animals on the bunk beds- a sweet gesture. So many restaurants and stores within 3-10 min of driving. An ideal location!

We enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and our grandkids loved all the amenities for kids and their room! The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a while.
