Welcome to this historic 70s stone cabin retreat, minutes from town! Redesigned by a local artist & architect, this luxe and cozy home sits at the end of a quiet road, bordering a state park surrounded by native forest. Unwind in your own private bathhouse & sauna along the creek after hiking/biking on Galbraith trails or exploring Bellingham. The fully equipped house includes a chef’s kitchen, high-end finishes, local art, and a blend of modern/vintage charm, making for a truly memorable stay.

Enjoy a view of Mt Baker in the quiet, beautiful countryside. There are 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill , fire pit, & private hot tub. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & another hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $25 per day per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay without a charge of $15 per guest.

It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. The Logs at Glacier Springs is the perfect getaway after a day on the mountain or exploring the surrounding Mt. Baker wilderness. Relax in the cedar hot tub, gather with friends by the fire pit, play board games next to a roaring wood stove fire, snuggle up with your furry friend on the couch or read a book in our cozy nook. This is truly a unique cabin. Designed by architect David Neiman & featured in the book "Log Houses of the World," it combines Japanese style features & NW log-frame construction to create a truly unique experience. Included in the rental is use of the 13+ acre wooded property, including access to the middle fork of the Nooksack River. The cabin is close to the year-round outdoor recreational opportunities that the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest provides.

Forest Loft w/ Sauna & Outdoor Spa

Escape to your forested guesthouse/loft in Bellingham’s Emerald Lake neighborhood — a semi-secluded home base for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
