Très bel appartement situé idéalement à proximité de Disneyland, commerce de proximité et transport en commun. Il est cosy, bien décoré selon saison. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un magnifique sapin déjà installé. Nous étions pépère, au calme et en parfaite sécurité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Les hôtes sont toujours présent, d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et d’une grande flexibilité. Ils sont arrangeant et hyper chaleureux. Nous reviendrons forcément dans cette perle rare. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les bonnes ondes, les bons emplacements, les bons esprits, la tranquillité, les bonnes personnes 🙏🏿 Merci beaucoup.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Fantastic appartement in a beautiful building. You can walk to Disney Park in 15/20 minutes or take the bus, only 2 stops. Really big shopping mall around the courner. Stephane was easy to contact and really nice.

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Jérôme’s place. Jérôme was very friendly, punctual and responsive. The flat, while small, is neat and cosy, with an eclectic ambience. Something worth keeping in mind is that the flat is on the top floor of the building and the staircase is winding and narrow (there is no lift as far as we could tell), so best not to bring lots of bulky suitcases. Good location - 20-minute walk to Gare du Nord, lots of metro and bus stops close by. Overall great value for money and an excellent experience!

Appartamento ben organizzato per il soggiorno di una famiglia. Posizionato vicino ad una delle metto principali della città l, permette di spostarsi agevolmente verso I punti di maggiore attrazione. Tutto corrispondente alla descrizione. Ospite molto reattivo e sempre amichevole.

Nous avons été très satisfait du logement proposé par Ranim. Nous l’avons choisi car il regroupe tous les critères que nous recherchons. Adapté à un séjour avec nos petits enfants en terme de couchage et d’espace de vie. Idéalement situé à Plaisir, ce qui nous a permis de visiter le par « France miniatures » le 1° jour, le parc de Thoiry le 2° et de finir par le château de Versailles avant de rentrer sur Dijon. Couchage très confortable, appartement et environnement très calmes. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir et à conseiller le logement de Ranim à d’autres parents ou grands-parents souhaitant faire des visites similaires.

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

L’appartement est lumineux et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le calme du quartier et le confort du logement ont rendu notre séjour très reposant. Nous avons eu des explications claires et précises ce qui a permis notre arrivée et notre départ très fluides. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour il répond parfaitement à la description. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

La communication est parfaite, nous nous sommes senti très à l'aise avant meme d'arriver. Merci à vous. Enfin, la chambre est très agréable, bien équipé et intimiste. Idéal pour un moment de détente au calme. La salle de bain est super. Un lieu super que nous pouvons que recommander :)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful and offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, it truly felt like our own private sanctuary—calm, cozy, and relaxing. After spending our days exploring the city on foot, coming back to unwind in the hot tub was an incredible treat and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated having access to laundry facilities, which made our trip so much more comfortable and convenient. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Francois was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made us feel right at home and was full of helpful tips and local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return the next time

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.
