I am a classically trained and certified chef specialized in Chinese delicacy dishes like dumplings, buns, noodles.
I was born and raised in Sichuan China(AKA Szechuan), the birthplace of classic Chinese gourmet food such as Mapo Tofu and Dan Dan noodles. I have been living in NYC for over 10 years working as a designer. As great as the Chinese food is here in NYC, nothing can compare to my grandma's dumplings dipped in spicy Sichuan pepper oil mixed with garlic. This nostalgia for my home cooking caused me to enroll in the famous New East Cuisine School in Chengdu Sichuan. After completing my studies I set out on a mission to bring the joy of Sichuan cooking to US, I hope you join me on this journey.
