We will start the tour on Bastille square, on the steps of the contemporary Opera building square. We will then walk through hidden tucked-away lanes to your first stop, one of Paris' most classic bistrot, and hear how these places became so popular with a glass of wine and the most famous (and worldly spoken?) French speciality. Then, we'll move on to discover one of Paris' most classic wine bars, a perfect neighbourhood gem where you'll get to taste and hear more about France's wine production. Walk close-by to one of Paris' oldest market to discover the richness of French gastronomy. There we'll stop at the fromagerie for a tasting of some fantastic cheese specialities. Finally we'll walk to a classic beer bar in Paris, serving over 300 references and we'll hear about the rich history of beer in Paris, much richer than what people think!
