We’ll experience a relaxing day retreat of Wellbeing with an interactive cooking class focussing on healing the body, mind and soul using herbs and spices specific to your body type. We'll zen for 20 minutes in a beautiful meditation studio in sanctuary setting and explore the benefits of living in a Vastu home with a quick tour of the house. Dishes are plant-based, chapatis will use local whole wheat flour, some dishes will use cow milk but not all.

Where comfortable clothes. Bring something warm since we will also be outdoors.

Le lieu

At the end of the experience, we can walk to a nearby beach not frequently known or visited by tourists. It's only a 15 minute walk and offers amazing views of the ocean and mountains. It's a great place to picnic or simply relax.
