Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Our flat was finishd in Q1 2023. It is cosy, modern and in Scandinavian style. It is situated in the most cosy village in the Faroe Islands - Oyndarfjørður - surrounded by nature, yet central with 30 minutes drive to the capital and most places of interest in the country. The location make this flat perfect as a base to travel from, no mather with sighseing you are attending. The village is authentic surrounded by mountain and sea, with 5 min walk to the famous rocking rocks and hiking tracks

Central location with a lovely view

A central location in the middle of the Faroe Islands only about 17 minutes drive from the capital Tórshavn. A private entrance and spacious corridor, a modern 14 m2 bright room with a double bed, a table with 4 chairs and with a lovely view. A very nice private new bathroom with shower. A new kitchen with all facilities. About 2 minutes drive to the nearest grocery-store. For about 25 years, the host has worked as a tourist guide with Scandinavian, English and German-speaking tourists.

Centralt på Færøerne, hygge og udsigt ved vandet.

Ny hyggelig lille lejlighed på loftet af et bådhus. Det er lige ved vandet, sandstrand og en lille marina. Pragtfuld udsigt over havet, bygden og de høje fjelde. Hósvík ligger centralt på Færøerne og er den perfekte base for at udforske øerne, eller bare slappe af i fredelige, flotte omgivelser. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

Tranquil Accommodation

A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Í Fjósinum Glæd dig til at bo i et af Færøernes ældste huse. I dette hus kan du nyde den helt særlige stemning, af hjemlig og hyggelig atmosfære. Her er skæve vinkler, lavt til loftet, og en noget stejl trappe op til loftet, men dog god at gå på, hvor 2 soveværelser og badeværelse er. I stueetagen er der gangen, stuen og køkkenet, som er nænsomt renoveret, for to år siden. Der er udsigt til søen og de høje fjelde fra vinduerne.

Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

Large apartment in Skála - 15 min from Tórshavn

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.
