Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This cabin sleeps four, with a queen bed downstairs and another queen bed upstairs. It has a full kitchen, WiFi internet and a fully fenced yard. Pets are also always welcome. Bring your fishing poles, boat or kayaks and head over to Hamm Creek Park to enjoy the tranquility of the river. Approximately 50 minutes from Fort Worth and an hour and 15 minutes from Dallas.

But you may want to just enjoy the peace at Little Cabin.

Looking for an escape from the city or weekend getaway? Countryside Cabin is the perfect location to relax in nature. Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. Cute cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the horses and cows grazing right outside. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with a sleeping loft for the kids (horizontal only for adults). Hosts live on the same property so we will usually be available if you need anything during your stay. We prefer a low-distraction lifestyle, but a TV is available on request. Limited outdoor space available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the beginning of the Hill country close to Meridian, Clifton, Hico and Hamilton you can relax on the farm. Hiking, fossil and arrowhead hunting and bird watching all right on the ranch, with plenty to do at the nearby towns. Owners home is also located nearby and we are available for any questions and needs.
