The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Llandudno is an exclusive suburb above one of South Africa's most beautiful blue flag beaches. Accommodation includes exclusive use of a private, self contained apartment with its own bathroom, kitchenette and TV, adjacent timber deck with sea and mountain views, and a separate living room with work desk, fibre internet & power back up. You have your own entrance & secure parking, and direct access to a pathway leading to the beach. UNFORTUNATELY NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 12.

Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Slightly higher positioned, to have the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The apartment was recently renovated with complete new furniture, you will love it! You are close to everything: Cape Point national park, a handful of beautiful cafés/restaurants within walking distance, a beautiful mountain side, wildlife & the penguin colony.

Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.
