New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

Forestlane Cottage 2

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? The Caribou hideaway is a roomy apartment with a queen bed and a pull-out memory foam queen size sleeper. You have room to lounge, play a game, watch a movie, or get caught up on work. A coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave are in the room as well. Just outside your door, you are surrounded by beautiful birch trees and plenty of space to stroll along maintained trails and get some fresh air. The property has a firepit and outdoor seating all for your enjoyment.

You’ll love the ambiance we've worked to create and the best is yet to come! Rustic shabby chic decor. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage next door on another listing.

The Eagle's Nest Treehouse Cabin

Come and sleep in the trees in Alaska! This cabin is a free standing treehouse (up in the trees but not attached to the trees). It has a kitchenette area and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower). It offers a king size bed on the 2nd floor and a full size bed on the first floor that rests on the floor under the stairs. We are family friendly and love kids of all ages.
