Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Suite sulla roccia con vasca idromassaggio

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Casale Torresquadrata-Ulivo

Camera Ulivo est une chambre double chaleureuse avec une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée ombrienne et les cyprès. Un lit en fer forgé, un sol en terre cuite et un plafond en bois restauré se marient avec des meubles anciens et des détails uniques comme une radio d’époque. La salle de bain, raffinée et artisanale, comprend un lavabo en pierre posé sur des poutres en bois ancien et une douche cascade avec des carreaux anciens. Tradition et beauté authentique.

Suggestivo casaletto dall'atmosfera rustica, immerso nell'incantevole campagna umbra e nel silenzio; ideale per trascorrere alcuni giorni di relax o come base per visitare numerosi luoghi di interesse. Un comodo porticato con caminetto e forno a legna, consentono di godere al meglio anche dello spazio esterno e dell'ampio giardino non recintato che si affaccia sulle colline circostanti. Si accede all'alloggio attaverso un vialetto privato sterrato.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. La Residenza si trova al centro della città, in un palazzetto del '600 che ingloba una torre medievale. Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
