3 Nights was not enough for our 7 member family. We cooked, grilled, soaked in the hot and best of all had a delightful tour of Barbara's and Mike's Sheep Farm, all fit in around wedding events in Rixeyville. If life wouldn't have been in the way, 2 more days enjoying the massive deck and game room downstairs would have been perfection.

Quiet place to stay close to Culpeper but not in the town. Easy to get downtown. Very nicely decorated.

Our second stay at Vicki’s beautiful home! Just about a mile off I66 and across the road from Naked Mountain Winery, it’s an easy trip from DC for a weekend getaway! The house is very spacious (and kid friendly 😃) with many spaces to gather and socialize: Living room, sunroom, basement rec room, dining room deck and yard with fire-pit. The eat in kitchen is huge and well appointed with everything you need to cook for a crowd. The bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable bedding (great pillows!) and the whole house is spotlessly clean. Last but not least, the house is situated atop a hill, surrounded by woods, with breathtaking views of countryside and mountains. No neighbors to be seen… so peaceful and private! We highly recommend Vicki’s home and will definitely be back for another family gathering ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning farmhouse, and I can't recommend it enough! The property and the surrounding land were absolutely beautiful, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious, complete with nice blankets and sheets that made for a cozy night's sleep. The entire home was lovely, exuding charm and warmth. An additional delight was the presence of chickens on the property, which added a unique touch to our stay. Overall, I would rate this experience a solid 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this farmhouse is the perfect choice!

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

I have stayed in a lot of places in and around Middleburg and this one is one of the most charming. The attention to detail is clearly exhibited throughout; the decorating, the ease of getting supplies, etc. It was an incredibly cozy retreat on rainy days, and offered a plethora of outside space for sunny ones. We all felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you!

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

My husband and I really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. I certainly appreciated the personal touches within the home and very responsive host. The massage chair was amazing! The home is just a short distance from the downtown area within reach to many restaurants. I won't hesitate to book the stay at another time.

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

Sara’s place was the perfect getaway! The apartment was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you’d need. Easy access to downtown Culpeper, but in a peaceful location at the end of a quiet lane. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend staying at Kay’s place and we hope to return some day. The space is so comfortable and has everything you need including SO MANY snacks Kay thoughtfully put out. The property is amazingly peaceful, we loved watching the horses or walking on the doubletrack path around the mountain that started directly from their house. Kay was so friendly and we felt right at home.

Hidden gem! Both the market and the bed and breakfast are amazing. The market has a quant bar and restaurant with great food and drink. It also has normal things you would expect at a market with additional specialty products from local vendors such as goat milk soap, local kombucha and other fun touches. The surrounding town is filled with activities that any history/outdoor enthusiast/wine lover will enjoy. Overall great stay, great communication and individual attention and looking forward to coming back soon!

Lovely getaway in scenic Middleburg— perfect for a long weekend or escape from the city. Our host Trace went above and beyond with local recommendations, and I’m glad we took her recs— they were superb. Checking in and out was a breeze and we are refreshed and revitalized after a relaxing weekend away!

This is a great place to stay! The place was quite, lot of parking, decent size kitchen and utensils and has washer and dryer. Brie’s instructions were spot on and we had no difficulty in locating this place . The bed and sofas were comfortable and internet speed was good. The shops are less than 4 miles ( 15 mins commute at the max) . Will Certainly come back again

We very much enjoyed this airbnb. We only really needed a sleeping place and place to change on this trip, but it was obvious this would be a great place for a family to hang out in the Northern Virginia area, with a nice back yard, pool and easy access to everything. We very much liked the open layout. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The bed under the stairs was especially cute and useful. We appreciated the hair dryer and other amenities provided in the bathroom and kitchen area. All the directions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you Jean-Daniel!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. So relaxing and the house had everything and MORE! Incredible view! We did some crafts, played games, made a pizza from scratch, danced to music on the google home speakers! It was truly an amazing and memorable experience. The home was just as described and Nancy was an incredible and kind host! So many extra towels that were so fluffy and clean! Very comfy beds! Robes! Felt like a luxury experience! Will hopefully stay again :)

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The chalet is beautiful, peaceful and thoughtfully arranged. We had all we needed for a relaxing hiking weekend. Our hosts were very responsive and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

A quiet, peaceful few days away with the family and dog. Morning coffee on the deck and evening sunset walks. Board games and quiet time to unwind. Fun grounds to explore. And very close to drive to fun breweries and Middleburg places to hang out if you want someone else to cook. Overall a very relaxing few days .

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at the house. We enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub. The house was spacious and very clean. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

My husband and I booked this cabin for a 2 night stay (very last minute decision) and Matt made it happen! The cabin is perfect. Just as pictured and better. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you will need. The best selection of teas and coffee! The beds were super comfy, and the whole cabin is cozy inside. There is an awesome game room in the basement that is the perfect teenage or man cave! The hot tub outside was so relaxing and the fire pit looked so inviting. We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the front porch and listening to the birds! We enjoyed several wineries in the area, and highly recommend Naked Mountain Winery, and Fox Meadows. This cabin is about 15 mins from downtown front royal, which has some great restaurants and activities. We recommend Melting Pot Pizza (cash only).

This place was the perfect peaceful getaway! It was cozy, charming, and had beautiful views that made it hard to leave. The home was fully stocked with all the amenities you could need—and then some. There were even snacks waiting for us, and a dog bowl for my pup, which was such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be back!

The Cozy, Clean, Cabin was a very nice place high up into the mountain side. It was close to Front Royal and the Shenandoah National Park. We hiked daily while in the area for spring break. If you stay here, you will enjoy the quiet. Basil and Lori
