We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

Perfect for a large group in the Lexington Area!

Great place! Super clean and spacious. A real bonus was the walking/running path that is accessible directly from the back yard. If we’d had small children, the nearby playground would have been great, too!

A nice neighborhood ,very walkable , and much to do near by. Many restaurants,coffee shops, shopping,and my wife’s favorite place… Trader Joe’s !!! We will be back if we ever again need a place to stay in Lexington . Thank you !!!

We have stayed in Joe’s home a dozen times now and have been pleased every time. Joe, Laura, and Daniel are all responsive, thoughtful, and friendly.

Very nice place to stay. Trouble getting in and had to wait for the door code but once host responded everything was very smooth and he accommodated very well afterwards.

We had a great stay at this house. The kitchen was well-equipped (including olive oil and butter which came in handy). The living room was cozy. We sat out on the front porch multiple times because of the nice weather! It's also in a good location right near the warehouse block and accessible to downtown. Eric was both proactive and responsive - he even facilitated getting a shirt back to us that was accidentally left behind. Thank you for the Lexington hospitality!

I love staying at Melanie's place. I have stayed there several times. It is on my "go to" list. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from restaurants, park and stores. Melanie is quick to respond to any questions.

We have stayed with Susan before & it is always a lovely experience. Very comfortable, clean & no issues. Near our daughter's UK apartment. Highly recommend!

Great place, and fun location. Not suggested for light sleepers but it was a great place for my rowdy group!

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and great value. Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The space is thoughtfully appointed, with the garage-style door opening to the balcony off the bedroom being a particularly fun and unique feature. It was also much roomier than the photos suggested. This was a perfect home base for a short weekend in Lexington. Note: It was a quiet weekend at Rupp Arena during my stay, but I can imagine the area gets lively during events. Fortunately, the hosts provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom, which is a thoughtful touch.

This was the perfect location and place for my quick work trip to Lexington! It was walkable to downtown, and the host had great recommendations for nearby cafes and activities. Definitely stop at Kentucky Native across the street if you haven’t visited before! The place itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable!

The house was what we needed. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. He was proactive in communicating what we needed to know. His place was as it was described however the place is better in person. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Lovely, spacious and well-appointed apartment in the charming town of Georgetown. Shanita was an amazing host.

Brooke’s place was very comfortable and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive throughout our entire extended stay. We would happily stay here again when we come to Lexington.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.
