Мястото беше повече от добро! Alvaro отговаряше бързо на запитванията ни, беше изключително мил. Апартамента изглежда точно като на снимките, а квартала е изключително тих и спокоен, близо до брега. Наблизо има паркинг, а понякога има и свободни места точно пред апартамента. Долу градината е поддържана и направена с много желание и усилия. Препоръчваме!

Am avut o experienta minunata, gazda ne a așteptat pentru cazare deși avionul a întârziat și am ajuns după miezul nopții. Apartamentul dispune de toate dotările și garajul este un plus. Recomandam acest loc fără ezitare.

Great location very near one of the cute beaches in Palma. Paulino, our main contact, was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sea view. We felt immersed with the locals as the apartment is not part of a bigger tourist compound. Parking requires some skill and patience but is free and always worked out.

Fantastic stay here, superb sunny outdoor space that we made great use of and well equipped with outdoor furniture. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk to old town, loads of closer restaurants too. Bed was memory foam and extremely comfortable and we also made use of the free access to Prime video which was a bonus of an evening. Paula was very flexible with check in and check out time which was much appreciated Would love to return soon, thanks so much!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern, der Blick aufs Meer ein Traum. Es war alles sauber & gut ausgestattet und auch Antonio war immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Huge, comfortable, and so prettily decorated!! We spent a lot of time on the terraza long conversations over dinner and breakfast. The rooms were cozy and the place was spotless. I am glad that there were beach towels, sun screen, and sun hats provided by the hosts! Also super appreciated how responsive and thoughtful our hosts were. This place was truly five star. If I lived in Palma I would stay there bc the neighborhood is quiet and lots of grocery and fruit stands as well as walking distance to the central market. It was easy to get into the old city by bus and by foot. This place is a definite 5 star place.

Mooie, rustige locatie vlakbij het strand. Wij huurden een auto en dit zorgde ervoor dat we de drukte van de stad konden ontvluchten in dit stille prachtige appartement.

I had a fantastic stay at Veronica’s apartment in Puerto de Sóller! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the port and directly in front of the charming tram station, with excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just steps away. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a stylish Art Deco mid-century design, providing both character and comfort. Veronica was a wonderful host, and everything about my stay was seamless. I highly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was even more beautiful than we expected and some of the extra touches gave it a hotel feel - we would 💯 recommend it and come back again! The location too was absolutely amazing, literally minutes around the corner from the main square. Thank you Maria!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Joan. Le logement est conforme aux photos et il y a énormément d'espace. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est vraiment agréable. Le logement est situé dans une petite ville typique éloignée des grosses zones touristiques. Il y a de la vie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de fêtes locales. Le stationnement est toujours possible dans la rue. Joan est un hôte réactif. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée.

Alles war wirklich super, Kleine Problemproblematik mit dem Herd, der mit Gas funktioniert Die Töpfe sind ein bisschen unten angekokelt, weil anscheinend der Gasherd nicht ganz richtig ausgerichtet war Ansonsten wirklich alles makellos Schöne Außenbereich, viele Stühle, Vielleicht ein bisschen wenig Besteck und Geschirr Insgesamt aber bedingungslos zu empfehlen

Fantastic location, clean, nice, comfortable. check in machine didn't read passport properly so had to type in all info which was a pain but not terrible. only complaint is the AC blew hot air no matter what we did. We had to resort to leaving windows open to sleep because it got so hot, which wasn't ideal. at least it was cool outside.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nous avons trouvé le lieu calme et très accueillant de par sa propriétaire, Astrid, aux petits soins de ses hôtes. Une personne charmante, intéressante et toujours de bonne humeur. Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
