It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Benvenuti nel nostro bellissimo Loft di Design finemente ristrutturato, dagli spazi ampi e luminosi. Il palazzo è elegante ed è situato in una zona molto sicura e centrale di Milano. La sua posizione è estremamente strategica. A soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metropolitana De Angeli (Linea Rossa M1) che ti consentirà di raggiungere rapidamente Piazza del Duomo e tutte le zone più centrali della città in soli 9 minuti. Un prezioso "gioiello" in una delle zone più belle di Milano!

Lovely third floor studio in the heart of Milan, right next to Arco della Pace. Adjacent to the newly renovated apartment is a terrace facing Piazza dei Volontari square. Spend your day enjoying a walk in the beautiful Parco Sempione and visiting the city's landmarks (all below a 20min walk). At night this area transforms in one of the trendiest in Milan, with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Be aware that since the apartment is in a liberty building from 1924 there is no elevator.

Alloggiare in questo mini loft nel cuore di NoLo renderà il tuo soggiorno a Milano decisamente piacevole! La struttura della mia casa è resa particolare dai soffitti molto alti e dalle travi di legno a vista, dagli spazi luminosissimi e dal delizioso balconcino abitabile, ideale per la colazione da godersi nella tranquillità che solo alcuni cortili milanesi sanno regalare. La cucina a isola è il cuore della casa mentre la camera da letto in mansarda è una chicca romantica da non perdere!

Moderno appartamento con un grande balcone, dotato di ogni confort e elettrodomestico, in una via tranquilla a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni. Vicino le Fiera Milano , parco Sempione con i suoi locali, castello Sforzesco, Politecnico Bovisa e lo stadio San Siro. Sotto casa il Carrefour H24 e il centro commerciale "il Portello" con il suo parco, negozi e ristoranti, la passeggiata pedonale per parco City Life e Il Tram sotto casa 1 o 14 che vi porteranno in Duomo in pochi minuti.
