I had a really wonderful stay at Ptarmigan's Nest! Jerome and Tracey have been excellent hosts-welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The place was immaculately clean, and all the little touches made it feel very cozy. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed (I especially love the air fryer and will definitely be getting one for myself!) The local area is gorgeous, with plenty of beautiful walks and scenery nearby. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay! Thanks for being great hosts :)

We stayed at this beautiful property during the Scottish portion of our UK trip, and it was perfect! Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature and areas to roam. Also a great spot for day trips in any direction. The property was beautifully maintained, and the house had everything we needed and more. Jerome and Tracey were so kind, meeting us at check in and wishing us well as we left. Excellent communication, and just lovely overall. I hope to get back there again someday!

excellent peaceful place for family stay. We all had a fabulous time. All the things were there as described. No disturbances at all. Mark is a great host, responsive, friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend this place.

This is an ideal place for a family get together. we were 6 adults, a 17 month old and a dog. The interior had loads of space for all and all the beds were comfy. There are lots of places to walk on the property with the dog and a lovely lawn area outside the house for the little one to play on. We had the pizzas on the Saturday night which made sorting out food really easy as we'd eaten out at lunchtime. Definitely worth giving them a go. The house is only a short five from Leven and Cupar were you'll find shops and restaurants. Great golf courses jearby as well. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Second visit this year, perfect for a golfing break, if you’re playing a few local courses.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is very well equipped and great to have board games. Would definitely return.

Beautiful period property in good location for enjoying the Gleneagles hotel and Perth countryside. Private location and well equipped property. Great family experience, including our dogs. Really relaxing stay.

The whole family - including toddler and bouncy cockapoo - enjoyed our stay in Elie. The house is situated just a few minutes from Elie’s gorgeous beach and high street. Shona was very quick to respond to any questions, and helpfully provided us with a travel cot and high chair. We recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful East Neuk.

Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly in all communication. The stay was last minute and she was so accommodating. They Bothy is a gorgeous space that has been well thought out and has everything you need for a cosy stay. We took our dog and the enclosed garden was amazing for her to run about in. Elizabeth also left her some poo bags and treats which was a really nice touch. Sitting on the comfy sofa with a glass of wine and the beautiful view was a great end to the day. Will definitely visit again for longer.

Apartment was clean and as described. Perfect location for golf, the beach and local walks.

This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

Catherine’s place was lovely!! It was beautiful, private and with incredible surroundings. Catherine had breakfast ready for us for the next day and even offered earlier check in! Everything was prepared with such loving care and it made us feel at home. Local jam, fresh marmellate, crispy bread, tea, coffees, porridge, cereals it was so thoughtful! Gave plenty of local recommendations and on the last day her husband even gave us a lift to the nearby town to get a train! They went above and beyond and I would go back and recommend it in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a city escape or just an immersion in nature, there is no better place out there!

Our stay at Marine Villa was perfect. Paula checked with us what our estimated arrival time would be so that everything was ready. The instructions were clear and entrance to the villa easy. Everything you might need was available, with even a thoughtfull nudge with sweets to have with our coffee. We loved our stay here, with lovely views over the water. Or was a nice spot for us from where we could visit some castles and sites in Fife. We would recommend this AirBnB.
