This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.

Has a queen bed. This is the only bed, I have not yet figured out how to change the # 0f beds on the listing yet. There is a cooktop, microwave, and small fridge, kitchen and a shower, pet friendly.
