This bright and stylish apartment is on the second floor of a grand 1885 home on East Beverley St. You will be half a block from the restaurants and shops of our bustling downtown, including Blackfriar’s Playhouse, the Woodrow Wilson Museum, The Shack restaurant, and Mary Baldwin University. We’re an easy walk from Staunton’s historic Amtrak station.

Convenient/Cozy Stay In Downtown Roanoke Market St

Please, come stay at our newly built fully furnished one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, which is in the heart of downtown Roanoke on historic Market Street. This place is the most centrally located in downtown Roanoke with easy access to Market Square, Museums, Restaurants, Gift Shops, Breweries, Winery, Natural Food Co-ops & much more with safety. These things are just within about a 30-second walk. There is high-speed Wifi with Roku TV. It's an apartment with a separate entrance.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!
