Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

A block from downtown Frederick's restaurant’s, shops, grocery, and parks. Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I used it as a place to write a book, and now I’m selling the house. Know anyone interested in buying a house that can pay the mortgage while you live on site in a separate building? It’s up for grabs! I’m taking off to travel write full time, so a house doesn’t make sense for me anymore.

You are a 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and other mountain adventures.
