We really loved our stay. It was a lovely wooded area and our kids loved the backyard. The host was great and very easy to contact. We would certainly stay here again!

We were very lucky to have found this awesome location! Very close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and very walkable-thoroughly enjoyed walking the Monon Trail which was a short walk away and dog friendly which was a plus for us. Dogs welcome at this location and fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without worry. All basic needs in the house to make us very comfortable - highly recommended this location!

I will absolutely stay at this place again it was absolutely beautiful. The host was fantastic made it super easy for us to get in was very kind and responsive. We never even had to leave the place had everything we wanted pool table, darts lots of space!

What a GEM! This house is beautiful in itself, and the property is stunning. Andrew was a great communicator during our stay. The kitchen was stocked full of any appliance/Kitchen item we needed...and more! The hot tub was so relaxing, and we felt so at home during our stay! This is the perfect house for large groups, as everyone can have a bed. The huge dining room allowed us to all eat together, which we loved. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House is newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities, but they all appeared functioning. We enjoyed our stay.

was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. if your looking to stay in for thr weekend or go out on the town I would highly recommend this home

Nikki was very responsive and communicated everything to us as we approached Blue Rosa. She responded quickly when we had questions and even sent her manager to the house to check out our problem. The hot tub had to be serviced before we could use it; she offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Before checkout, she messaged to remind us what we needed to do. She is 100% on top of things. It was nice that she responded quickly whenever I had a question; I never had to worry about something going wrong or us doing something wrong. She also kept a book by the front door with the rules and information about what to expect.

Ana was the best host! She goes above and beyond. Everything you need, she has supplied and she even helped us with a dog sitter! The home is older but renovated and just beautiful. The king bed in the master is so comfy. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom so not sure about that one. Nice back yard for our dogs. Hot tub was awesome. Everything was great and I hope to stay there again in the future.

Small but cozy, everything was clean and check in was easy. Hot tub was also a great addition to our night!

Had a very welcoming, at home feeling to the property, reminded us of the movie “Wanderlust”, loved seeing the animals and waking up to the sounds of the miniature donkeys, chickens and horses, would absolutely stay here again and stay longer, can’t say enough good about the property or Aaron, it was a fantastic stay and highly recommended

Had a great trip. The hot tub was nice and the farm was beautiful.

What a great Girls Weekend! We took out the canoe, had a fire in the fire pit and watched the lunar eclipse. We can't wait to go back to Patton Lake! Sissy the dog was another wonderful addition to our time there!

The lake was beautiful as you sit and enjoy the hot tub, house was cute! when we first arrived the neighborhood was a bit run down but as we stayed and actually got to meet the neighbor across the street we felt more at home.. neighbor was super friendly and helpful! felt like southern hospitality;)
