Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

La maison, complètement restaurée selon la tradition toscane, accueillante et confortable, est en pierre et briques au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles. Très tranquille et dans une situation parfaite à la campagne mais à quelques kilomètres seulement de Lucca, Pise, Florence et des plages de la côte toscane. Il y a deux chambres avec grand lit (ou deux lits simples, au choix) et un petit lit pour enfant est à disposition. Télévision et lecteur DVD, cuisine équipée avec machine à laver et lave-vaisselle. Meubles pour le jardin et barbecue. Parking devant la maison. Très ensoleillé. La gare est à dix minutes en voiture et vous permet de visiter les villes de Toscane en toute tranquillité. Mon mari et moi-même sommes de Milan mais en été nous passons nos vacances dans notre maison juste à côté et nous sommes toujours disponibles pour des renseignements, pour partager les produits de notre potager ou pour vous conseiller des activités et des destinations pour vos journées. Disponible seulement à la semaine ou pour de longs week-ends. Avant d'etre inscrits au site airbnb pendant des années nous avons loué la maison par une agence et nous avons pensé d' ajouter comme images certains commentaires des anciens locataires, en espérant qu'ils puissent vous être utiles.

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Our small cottage is located about 1 km from the town center of Tereglio, a small village in the Lucca mountains. The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
