A unique and charming studio apartment literally in the middle of it all. 2 block walk to Conch House. 10 minute walk over the bridge to downtown. 10 minute walk to lighthouse and Salt Run boatramp. 15 minute walk to amphitheater. Old Coast Ales Brewery, Osprey Tacos, and Odd Birds Restaurant (along with others) are each a block away. Walkover to private beach is through the backyard path outside the fence that leads to the sidewalk to A1A, two houses over before White House trimmed in blue across the street marked Painters Walk. 2nd walkover is across from the main entrance. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
