This adorable little 450 sq ft cottage is perfect for 1-2 guests and is just a short walk to spectacular Heceta Beach. Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

This cottage style studio is in a quiet neighborhood on the northern outskirts of Florence. In addition to the hot tub, guests like the tall ceilings, the pellet stove, the overhead door that opens to the back patio, and the covered front porch. The tall evergreen trees and large front yard make for a calm setting sheltered from the nearby ocean winds. This location puts you close to: sand dunes(1 mi), Baker beach (2.7 mi), sea lion cave (5mi), Cape Perpetua area/Yachats (18mi).

This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
