Good location. Easy to get ahold of the host. Loved the backyard area and felt like the rooms were spacious. We were a group of 5 adults but I think if you have a larger party some of the sleeping arrangements would be tight but it was fine for us. Would stay here again.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We came to Miami to celebrate my mom's 100th birthday. Max's place was one block from her home. Our family stayed there and we would run over to her place daily. It was the perfect stay for us and we especially enjoyed the back yard in the mornings with our coffee. When I called Max to ask a question he responded within 5 minutes. He was very attentive, personable, and proactive in solving our dilemma. I would recommend Max's place next time you are in Miami.

Amazing rental right in the middle all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Home is located in an awesome neighborhood that is walkable, safe and peaceful but close to grocery shopping, Target, restaurants, and the beach. Beach parking was easy through use of the nearby state park or street parking near beach (use Monica’s guidebook for details). The house itself was so, so nice. There is much space to spread out, great kitchen for cooking, and very nice outdoor space with pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and also the board games inside. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.

It’s a great location close to anything you could ever need. The beach, the park, groceries.. you name it it’s there. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place to spend with some friends. There’s a pool and a pool table and lots of other options for games and quality time. To top it off the hosts were super kind and flexible when we requested to stay an additional day because we loved it so much. Definitely would recommend!

5/5 Stars - A Home Away from Home in Deerfield Beach! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lee's stunning Airbnb rental in Deerfield Beach, and I couldn't be more impressed! The location is absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw from the beautiful Deerfield beach and a short drive from many other top attractions. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and very comfortable. Lee's exceptional hospitality was the icing on the cake. They were super nice, incredibly responsive to our requests, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were visiting friends in the area and Lee's rental was the perfect base for our adventures. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Deerfield Beach, look no further! Majority of my days are spent floating around the pool. The pool and pool area all right 10+. Great location house was very clean. House was very responsive to any and all questions. We’ll definitely book again.

Loved our rental in Key Colony. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the private pool. The place felt just like home.

It is a simple place. And well cleaned. Keep in mind that some of the units do not have kitchens at all. This place is mostly popular for adults staying for a week or more. Easy walk to the beach. 30 minutes walk to Publix and several restaurants cross the bridge. Sofa is not big enough for sleeping. Shower head is fixed so it was not easy for me to wash the sand. Daniel is really easy to reach and welcoming host.

Rachel’s place was perfect. It is exactly as described, spotlessly clean and located right on the canal. Rachel is very responsive and helpful. An early check in was no problem and Rachel answered our questions quickly and was always helpful. We can only hope we are able to come back.
