Great location — you really can’t beat it! The space was clean, easily accessible, and the host was very responsive and flexible throughout my stay. I’d definitely book it again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

This is a great place to stay in a beautiful location and the host is fantastic. I highly recommend.

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

I have so many great things to say and don't know where to begin. It's everything I wanted and more! we'll managed/great area! You will love it! I love how modern, very functional and they communicate well! I also stayed cause the pricing was not outrageous. I will stay there again if I come back to the Florida Keys!

We got in a couple hrs early and we were able to check in early as well. The place was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would def stay here again:)

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in the Keys, stop scrolling and book this place already! Christina was a dream host—friendly, helpful, and on top of everything (seriously, if hosting were an Olympic sport, she’d have gold). The house was super clean, well-stocked, and everything worked like a charm. Location? Spot on—close to all the stores you might need when you inevitably forget sunscreen, snacks, or, in our case, half our luggage. The dock handled our 24-ft boat like a champ, and waking up to those canal views? Chef’s kiss. Already planning our next trip back!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The space was newly remodeled with excellent quality and style of workmanship. It was also immaculately clean and incredibly well stocked. Our family of five (three young adult boys) was always comfortable. The hosts thought of everything you could want on vacation. They worked with us to make sure we had a place to dock and use our wave runners, there was outdoor dining and grilling space, complete with a filtered ice machine and an outdoor chest fridge for any fishing, a beautiful spot overlooking the canal, a pergola over the sitting area to provide extra shade, and the house itself was gorgeous and well appointed with plenty of space. We’d love to visit again!

Absolutely amazing! Tanya’s Airbnb was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was stunning, beautifully maintained, and created the most magical atmosphere for our special day. Tanya and Lana were incredible hosts—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setting and how comfortable the stay was. If you’re looking for a dreamy location with a fantastic host, this is it! Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, clean, and loved being on the water. The dock area is wonderful if you have a boat. Matt's communication is top-notch. I would highly recommend!

Really nice house - it’s bigger than it looks in the photos, was really clean and it had everything we needed. Perfect place to relax and a great base to explore the Keys. Easy access to a bay for safe kayaking or if you have smaller kids they can kayak in the canal by the house. It is in a really quiet residential neighbourhood and just a short drive to all amenities. Host was exceptionally responsive.

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Nice, clean and quiet place. pool was nice. Nice view off the balcony is of the mangroves. Beach area is nice but pretty rocky once you get into the water.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Javier’s place was as expected. The balcony over looking the canal was awesome. We saw lots a cool fish, a turtle and even a manatee swim right up. The property abuts dolphin plus, where you can swim with dolphins and there is a cute coffee trailer Cuppacobanna situated in the parking lot, has a great Churro latte. Right across the street is the Fish Market. A hidden gem for sure! Walk right over and you can order at the window and sit on the water or at their outside bar. We walked over to the dock at the market and saw tons of nursing sharks just hanging out. We were in town for a wedding at Dream Bag Resort which was only 3 minutes away. Great location, super convenient. Although beds and everything were super clean, I would suggest new comforters which someone previously stained. Also one back cushion missing from the outside patio chairs. We did not need to cook at all so hard to judge that aspect. Not an over abundance of kitchen supplies but the basics. Great stay!

Amazing stay! View was fantastic, bar was great, staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again! Perfect place for couples or family! Everything was as described as it was, no regrets

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!
