This unique space was created to share the beautiful vineyard and farm with vacationers. The yurt has essentials to make your stay memorable and comfortable, starting with an antique sleigh bed with Parachute linens. A two burner induction cooktop with all the induction ready equipment make your stay fabulous. There is a bathhouse with Bidetmate with touchless, paperless technology including a heated seat, temperature control water and air, and a roomy shower. Breathtaking views from everywhere.

Newly finished garage studio w/ private entrance. Studio has a full size bathroom, studio kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner stove. For your sleeping comfort I have a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Also, a Mitsubishi heat/AC unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. For an addition fee I offer a workout area complete with dry sauna that heats up to 180. I am a licensed massage therapist, when available I can offer massage by appointment in separate studio.

All proceeds go to support Apple Ridge Farm a non-profit with a mission of Helpings Kids Grow! Please Note: Caboose 3 is a No Pet Rental. Our other 2 cabooses are pet friendly.

Guest Suite near Claytor Lake State Park

We are right off I-81 exit 101, easy access for travelers . Claytor Lake State Park is right down the road. We offer a studio located at the back of our house with your own entrance & private deck. There is one queen bed and a full size mattress if needed, your own bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee area and a grill and camping stove, utensils etc. to complete any cooking needs. I offer a small breakfast in your room for your first morning of your stay with special dietary options!

Claytor Lake Retreat

You'll stay in our ground level (basement/first floor) suite with private entrance. The entire suite, which has a living room, private bathroom and bedroom is yours. A microwave, air fryer and Keurig is available. To use the firepit or grill please let us know in advance. Beautiful lake views from our yard, especially sitting at our picnic table under the pergola, which is lit with solar lights at night. State park, with boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Boat trailer parking is available.

Apple Ridge Farm Caboose Bed & Breakfast - #1

Go back in time in this stylishly remodeled 1978 Norfolk Southern Caboose Car with queen bed, futon, table for two and attached outside deck. The overnight stay in this lovely Caboose #1 includes a complimentary breakfast. Guests can enjoy 96-acres of beautiful mountain property and 4+ miles of hiking trails. This is a unique and unforgettable experience. All proceeds support Apple Ridge Farm, a non-profit that "Helps Kids Grow!". This rental is Pet Friendly with a $25 per pet fee.
