The village has 2 fantastic pubs, a cafe all boasting spectacular views across the River Fal, a very well stocked local shop selling fresh local produce, a passenger ferry from Flushing to Falmouth a great service for tourists wanting to get around without using a car. The village also has a fantastic dog friendly beach, beautiful coastal walks & a kids Park.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

It is just a stone's throw from the harbour front and two lovely pubs, a great restaurant and a village store. Kiln Quay beach is under 10 minutes walk.

Upon entering the property, there is a welcoming sitting room with sofas gathering around the traditional open fireplace. The very well equipped kitchen/dinner, is a bright and airy space, which is ideal for socialising. The ground floor also has a shower room & toilet. The courtyard has a table, chairs & BBQ. The first floor sleeps 5, in 3 bedrooms, a super king size, a king & a single bed. There is newly fitted family bathroom with bath & shower. We allow 1 well behaved dog.
