A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

À l'extérieur, la propriété est entièrement clôturée et offre une bonne intimité, avec d'excellentes vues sur les montagnes de Caramulo, le château de Linhares et la Serra da Estrela. Un jardin spacieux avec une grande piscine privée et des chaises longues vous permet de profiter pleinement du magnifique coucher de soleil.

O meu espaço fica perto da Serra da Estrela, onde há arte e cultura vários museus por perto, a melhor gastronomia da região, belas paisagens, e atividades para famílias. Vai adorar o meu espaço por causa das pessoas, a zona exterior, o ambiente, a iluminação, e a povoação de Melo bastante catita. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), grandes grupos, e amigos peludos (animais de estimação).

Novelães est un village très calme à seulement 5 km du pied de la Serra da Estrela entre Gouveia et Seia. La maison dispose d'un grand espace avec 3 chambres et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous pourrez profiter du silence et de la paix, vous promener dans les bois et visiter les attractions naturelles environnantes.

A casa está inserida numa quinta vedada. Tem vista sobre um lago, um pinhal e a Serra da Estrela, numa envolvente natural de grande beleza. Tem as comodidades adequadas para uns dias sossegados, com aquecimento de ar-condicionado e electrico, um frigorífico, um micro-ondas, um pequeno fogão de indução, uma cafeteira elétrica, um liquidificador, um grelhador a gaz e outro a carvão no exterior e máquina de café (cápsulas Delta).

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.
