La casa di Lourdes è davvero bella, luminosa e arredata con grande cura per i dettagli. Gli spazi esterni sono il vero punto di forza: la zona piscina e il patio sono perfetti per momenti conviviali e di relax. Anche gli interni sono curati, in particolare il soggiorno, la cucina e le tre camere principali, tutte accoglienti e ben attrezzate. L’unico aspetto che ci ha deluso è stata la camera separata dal corpo principale della casa: pur avendo un bagno molto bello, la stanza è risultata spoglia, poco accogliente e arredata in modo minimale, con letti bassi e scomodi. Sarebbe auspicabile renderla più in linea con lo stile e il comfort del resto della casa. Eravamo quattro coppie e abbiamo assegnato le camere a sorte: chi ha soggiornato in quella stanza ha percepito un certo squilibrio rispetto al costo totale dell’alloggio. Nel complesso, però, l’esperienza è stata positiva, e la casa ha tutte le potenzialità per essere perfetta con qualche piccolo miglioramento.

Ottima la posizione sia perché vicina al centro del paese, raggiungibile a piedi, sia al centro dell'isola così che tutte le località e le spiagge erano vicine. La casa è bella e accogliente, abbiamo avuto piccoli problemi di manutenzione che sono stati risolti. Check in e out assolutamente indipendenti con codice di accesso; abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto il late check out che ci ha consentito di poter stare in spiaggia fino a metà pomeriggio al costo di 100 euro. Wow! What an absolutely beautiful villa in a very peaceful, relaxing quiet, location. We had a fantastic break. The villa was perfect. 5 star. Clean, immaculate and everything you could possibly need. Joan was a super host and very responsive. We would highly recommend.

Casa molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort e a due passi dal centro. Meravigliosa come San Francesc!

Alloggio ristrutturato non di recente ma in ottime condizioni. Presenti tutte le dotazioni necessarie oltre anche a una serie di cose non dovute che hanno reso più agevole e piacevole il soggiorno. Pulizia impeccabile. La privacy dell’alloggio n•4 è speciale. Dall’appartamento si raggiunge velocemente a piedi il borgo di Sant Augustì dove sono presenti bar ristoranti e negozi per fare la spesa. In 15/20 minuti si può andare in qualunque spiaggia dell’isola, anche se alcune tra le più belle si possono raggiungere a piedi. Location super consigliata. Tutto perfetto.

la verdad que me encantó la casa en general. debo decir que no estuve todo lo bien que me hubiera gustado y me tuvo un poco fuera de lugar, ya que de otro modo habría hecho una barbacoa y cosas así , pero lo dejo para la próxima por lo demás todo súper bien y Carla un encanto.

Marialuisa is a fantastic host who is very responsive, helpful, flexible and friendly. Her local team are great too and between them all they made our time at Las Gaviotas and on Formentera as relaxed as could be. The house is just what you see in the photos - great space in a perfect location on quiet beaches with that azure sea at the bottom of your garden. Each of the terraces are wonderful places to relax, soak in the Caribbean colours during the day and watch the sun go down in the evening. There are some great restaurants and beach bars locally (some within walking distance) and, if you can drag yourself away from the house, getting everywhere on the island by car is really easy.

Casa Neri is perfect for a full authentic Formentera experience. The house is the typical old Formentera house, with all the facilities of the modern life. It also has a beautiful garden and porch were evenings are endless and spectacular. Very clean and well maintained house. Perfect for a family holiday. Located in one of the most quiet areas of the island, you can get really quickly to the town and enjoy several excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. If you are looking for a real island experience it is definitely the place to stay at.

Ich habe eine schöne zeit in der villa gehabt Die Beleuchtung des pools u der bäume ist einfach traumhaft. Auch das der pool ohne chlor ist fand ich super. Die lage ruhig und viel natur zu sehen. Die hängematte hat mir auch sehr gefallen. Die sauberkeit der utensilien in der küche lies zu wünschen übrig, und die vorhänge teils mit löchern und handtücher mit flecken könnten aussortiert werden. Auch hätte ich mir einen vorhang gewünscht der den raum abdunkelt. Dieser hat nur 2/3 des fensters bedeckt. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mir ein fahrrad liefern lassen und hab so die insel erkundet. Die Nachbarn waren meist ruhig. Thomas war immer erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert. Danke dafür !

Ha sido maravilloso poder alojarnos en la casa. Localización perfecta, casa fresca a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado y muy espaciosa. El único pero que le ponemos es el vecino, actuaba siempre en tono amenazador por motivos banales. Si bien es cierto que normalmente no está en verano.

Se desideri una casa di buon gusto, di belle dimensioni, con ambienti grandi Villa Limón fa per te! Stile, ben arredata, con tutto il necessario come fossi a casa La piscina molto suggestiva! Cucina ben attrezzata, di belle proporzioni con bellissimi dehor ci hanno permesso di mangiare comodamente all’interno ed esterno Cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani a metà settimana, molto gradito Ines sempre disponibile ad ogni comunicazione sino all’ultimo giorno Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Vivienda espectacular en una muy buena ubicación para ir al pueblo (San Francesc) y moverte por Formentera. Álex responde casi de inmediato y Carla está atenta a cualquier tipo de detalle y hace que te sientas a gusto desde el minuto uno. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig und es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank an Alex für den tollen Service! Je nachdem wie die Flugzeuge starten ist die Geräuschkulisse schon recht hoch, auch riecht man das Kerosin. Andererseits haben wir auch gerne die Flugzeuge beobachtet und in der Nacht ist es ruhig. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und wir können die Villa nur empfehlen!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Ruime en schone slaapkamers, genoeg kastruimte en alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en overal zijn gezellige hoekjes gecreëerd. Het dakterras was een mooie toevoeging, dank!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil a été parfait, les hôtes ont fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. La maison est magnifique, impeccablement rangée et organisée, dans un cadre paisible tout en restant proche de la ville. Même si une voiture est recommandée, un supermarché est accessible à pied, ainsi qu’un café à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur réactivité par message et téléphone, ainsi que pour leurs excellentes recommandations. Leur gentillesse et leur belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Ibiza. Nous serions ravis de revenir pour profiter à nouveau de ce merveilleux endroit !

Beautiful place to stay, there was everything you needed plus a shop nearby for groceries. Excellent check-in and check-out service, really communicative and helpful.

Deze villa was de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Ibiza te verkennen. Dichtbij ibiza-stad (niet echt op wandelafstand), grote supermarkt dichtbij. Huis is van al het nodige voorzien. Foto's bedriegen niet. Net zwembad en aangename tuin. Alarmbeveiliging in het huis geeft veilig gevoel. Goede verduistering. Heerlijk vakantiegevoel. Vlotte communicatie met het agentschap adhv berichten tijdens het verblijf. Wij raden het huis aan iedereen aan!

We stayed at the villa for 4 nights in April 2025 and it was amazing! The villa itself was spacious and the outside areas and pool were perfect for a large group of us. The mercado is a 1 minute walk and the old town a ten minute taxi ride so the location is perfect too! Communication in the run up via email was great and so helpful with recommendations, and once we arrived in Spain was even better! We had an issue during our stay and someone came round to help straight away which was great. Would 100% recommend and return again!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena and Iker’s property and felt home. Our entire family and friends enjoyed the facilities which were clean, perfectly presented and maintained. It was too easy to get in touch with Helen and Iker and they provided extended and fast response to all our queries from food recommendations and even chef recommendations. Property is at a 10 minutes walk from the beach and was no shortage of scenic walks and trails nearby. Shops and restaurants are located nearby at a walkable distance of 7-8 minutes. Some of my family and friends reached Ibiza before checkin time and Iker was able to allow checkin before scheduled time, which was a great of Iker. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to visit this great Airbnb again soon! Thanks Helena and Iker

Spacious house that’s walking distance to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and Llumbi is a wonderful restaurant. He let Lola - the cat - stay with us and she enhanced the stay.
