Songesand is an old farming village where six residents live all year round. This idyllic place is located in the famous Lysefjord. If you walk up the mountain in front of the house, you can see up to 90% of the fjord. You are close to the unique natural wonders of Preikestolen, Kjerag, the world's longest wooden staircase Flørli and so much more!

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Cozy farmingcabin in the heart of Ryfylke

The house is located in Ryfylke, where nature shows itself from its best side. From the farm, where the house is located, there is a alot to do. Mountain hikes, rivers, sea and fishing. There are also 60 wild sheep living on the farm. A 9-hole disc golf course has been established on the farm. See «Hyllehaugen disk golf» on the app «Udisc». We have disks for rent. Distance to the Pulpit Rock is 1.5 hours. Other recommended trips are "Skomakernibbå", "Røssenibben" or Blåsjø.

Historisk hus midt i byen

Sjarmerende hus midt i kjernen av det Stavanger har å tilby. Gåavstand til alt, samtidig som gaten er rolig, personlig og sjarmerende. Et steinkast fra huset finner man et eldorado av restauranter med mat fra alle verdenshjørner og inkludert to Michelin stjerne restauranter. Her får man alt man drømmer om. Huset har moderne standard, total renovert bad i 2025, tre romslige soverom med totalt seks sengeplasser, i tillegg er det en babyseng. Her kommer dere til å trives.

Nostalgisk og koselig stue med unik beliggenhet

Det historiske huset viser året 1773 malt på veggene. Huset sto opprinnelig i bygdas klyngetun og ble bombet under andre verdenskrig. Ved oppføring av driftsbygning på gården ble restene av huset satt opp som stue inntil løe og fremstår i dag som et intimt og koselig lite hus med masse historie og sjel. Alle fasiliteter er selvfølgelig helt moderne. Boligen midt i dalføret, ned mot fjorden og innerst i Høgsfjorden gir en uforglemmelig ferie i denne gamle stuen.

Old Stavanger house w/history from 1736

The house is located in Stavanger’s most attractive tourist attraction Old Stavanger. Nobody knows exactly when the original house was built, but a local historian has found the name of owners back to 1736. Today it has a modern bathroom, kitchen and internet to make sure that all your needs are covered.

Gamlahuset ved sjøen - nær Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Unik naturperle ved fjord, sentrum og Preikestolen

Bo der eventyret starter – i et lunt hjem med fjordutsikt, stor hage og skogen som nærmeste nabo. Sov til sildrende elv og våkn til fuglesang. Nyt grill og bålpanne etter turer i vakker natur. Turstien starter på trappa, Preikestolen er et steinkast unna, og Jørpeland sentrum 5-10 minutter til fots. Bare én time til Stavanger med buss. En magisk base for både ro, naturopplevelser, fjellturer og byliv – alt rett utenfor døren.
