With each stay fresh towels and linens are furnished. Kitchen, hot/cold kitchen sink, K cup friendly coffee machine and more! Covered front porch with bench and 2 rockers. Located on the second floor, your key locks the building door behind you and a keyless code pad allows access to your apartment.

This 1100 sq ft home is very cozy and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to the Bristol Race Track and the Pinnacle Shopping Center, 15 minutes from downtown Bristol and 10 minutes from Bristol Regional Hospital. Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away. Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are also an hour and a half away.

We are 8 minutes from I-26 & 15 minutes from I-81 (via the I-26).
