The master bath includes a bathtub/shower. A full kitchen with a dining room table that seats 6 and the half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

There is a local Lake Store nearby that offers groceries, hot food and fuel for purchase Weds-Sun, opening at 8:00am. Check hours for the local Steakhouse and a Cafe about 15 minutes away. Room for your air beds.

Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night. Rent or Don't I could've sold the cabin ,but argued with Mom that people need to get off their ass and experience a different life. Safe place,except Oklahoma weather and Donkey shit

It has a large living room, dining area, and full kitchen. There is a computer / office area as well. Free wifi covers the entire house. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside you will find a fenced in back yard as well as charcoal and gas grills.
