We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Close to downtown Loveland, shopping, restaurants, Rocky Mountains, and all the Northern Colorado has to offer.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Italian Style in Old Town with Private Hot Tub

Freshly refurbished 2 BR 1 BA single-family home, with a rustic Italian theme. PRIVATE hot tub, 4 cruiser bikes, gas grill, outdoor propane fire pit with seating for 6. This adults-only retreat is in a quiet location within walking and/or bicycle distance to everything Old Town Fort Collins has to offer. Government-issued ID required upon request. NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN UNDER 12, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

Mother-in-law suite (duplex) set up with comfort in mind. It has a comfortable Queen size bed and a separate living room space with a smart TV and a comfy sofa. The space has kitchenette with all utensils and eating accoutrements available for your use as well as private access to washer and dryer Close access to hiking trails in Lyons, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! No pets allowed.
