Grace Clark House

The Grace Clark House is a renovated old farmhouse with an open floor plan surrounded by meadows and woods. The Saint Regis River is just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. We ask guests to conserve water.

Beth's Place II Potsdam-Pickleball, River & HotTub

Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, offering a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

The Loft3-Near Clarkson, SLU & SUNYs - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only

Lots of trails/roads located on the property for your outdoor recreation. Three close mountains for your hiking adventures. Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). 1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily.
