It is situated in an agricultural heartland, nestled between the towns of Youghal, Tallow, Lismore & Cappoquin. Outdoor pursuits include the beachs, walking, cycling, fishing and golfing, with fine dining available in nearby Ardmore and Dungarvan.

The cabin has double glazed windows with central heating, patio doors opening to south facing veranda with patio furniture and private car park. Quiet surrondings with views of the mountains. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.
