Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

The cabin offers a quiet place, to relax, and enjoy all the trees and surrounding nature.There are lots of places to go for walks, or just enjoy a quiet breakfast, on the deck. We offer a Queen size bed, small kitchen with a refrigerator microwave toaster Keurig coffee pot, pods are provided . Please follow directions sent with check in info.

Twickinghams' Tim-Buck II

We are located directly off the path of the scenic John Day By-Way gate way to the John Day Fossil Beds. 6 minutes away from the fully stocked fishing hole "Rowe creek Reservoir." 12 minutes away from Twickenham boat launch. 47 minutes from The Painted Hills & 23 away from our local Tiger Town Brewery. Tim-Buck II cabin is a new addition to us. It has been newly remodeled and is part of our family heritage. I do offer prepared meals & shopping with advance notice. Store hours are limited.

Open layout with room to relax and a kitchen to cook a meal after a long day of exploring the Painted Hills and John Day Fossil Beds or fishing the John Day River. Three fully equipped comfortable bdrms, one bathroom and laundry facilities. Large front covered patio, Corn-hole game, room to play in grassy side yard. Let your adventure continue in beautiful, scenic Eastern Oregon.

We have completely updated the house with all new furniture and beautiful design touches making it the perfect place to stay when exploring the Painted Hills & John Day Fossil Beds! Our Mitchell, Oregon vacation home is a short walk to Main Street which has a brewery, a market & a gas station.

Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

The Little Pine Lodge is a Pet-Friendly hidden treasure nestled in a breezy canyon on Bridge Creek. It is only 9 miles from the Painted Hills Unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument!

Joe and Cris's lodge pole pine home is the perfect getaway without being away from town, nestled at the south city limits of Condon they designed and built this amazing home with trees carefully selected from the prineville area. This location offers fantastic views from the two covered decks. Within walking distance to downtown, the city park and local shopping, this home offers quiet relaxation and natural charm.
