Family Tides, an exceptionally spacious home, is located in the center of the island. It is a 3-minute walk to the public beach, lighthouse, playground, basketball & SGI museum. It offers quick access to restaurants, gift shops, Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and other shops. About a block from the home is Island Outfitters (beach rental equip.) and Island Dog Outdoors. There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the east portion of the island.

Make some memories at this welcoming, serene, family-friendly escape! This spacious bungalow, located in Lanark Village, is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Carabelle Beach and 30 minutes from the white sandy beaches of St. George Island and the beautiful town of Apalachicola. Next door to Lanark Village is a boat dock, convenience store and country club with bar/restaurant. Carrabelle also has a boat dock, marina, restaurants, and shops. Sun, sand, seafood, and relaxation at your door!

One bedroom, one bath condo at the landings in Carrabelle Florida. Amazing fishing & beautiful friendly town. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, twin size bed that opens to king, modular sofa & futon in the living room. Two TVs , one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Pets welcome, however there is a $50 fee to cover cleaning fees. 5 min to Carrabelle beach, 30 min to St George Island, 15 min to Dog Island by boat. Located on the river off of Hwy 98 in Carrabelle, Fl.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Pirates Cove Marina Store now open! They now have frozen bait, Live Shrimp, and fuel! Operating hours daily 7AM - 7PM. A Turtle's View is a 1BR/2BA condo on the Carrabelle River and one of the bigger units available here. This unit will sleep 6 max with a Queen size bed in the master, set of twin bunks, just outside of the master which can be closed off by sliding doors. There is also a queen fold out sofa in the living room. On-site boat ramp & trailer parking.
