Enjoy fly fishing, tubing, and swimming in the river or in the pool. Explore hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobile/ATV trails (no direct access from cottage). This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
