The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
