Birken House is located above a home based bakery in the grounds of a 110-year old farmhouse, and is rumoured to be the location of an original stagecoach stop on the Douglas Trail. The suite is south facing, with tasteful decor and big folding doors opening on to an awesome view . It's rustic but contemporary; airy in summer and cosy in winter. It’s 30 minutes north of Pemberton, and is a great base from which to explore Birkenhead Provincial Park, Gates and Anderson Lakes

Bring your water toys for fun on the lake or enjoy a short bike ride or walk into the village on the Valley Trail. The new bed is a comfortable twin-size that converts to a double bed (2 twin mattresses side by side).
