You'll love my place because of its proximity to parks, schools, the rec centre, and the nice neighbourhood!

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. I have a beautiful back yard with lots of space and room to sit and relax, we have a comfy porch swing facing the park next door. We have a comfy living/dining room with 55” Roku tv and a lovely red leather sectional. We have laundry, full kitchen, and welcome small dogs. I have a chihuahua. Smoking is allowed outside only in the beautiful fully fenced yard.
