‘Round the Bend Farm - private, modern cabin

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Seaside House/Downstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer in this coastal home with great ocean views. The space is light and bright and yet cozy! The house has a well appointed kitchen and is well maintained. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

The Byre at Piper’s Pond

The Byre at Piper's Pond is a small farm situated on 80 acres in Bristol, Maine on the Pemaquid Peninsula. The apartment is separated from the main house and has privacy and room for guests to enjoy the area. It is a comfortable rustic contemporary home and setting. We are located a 10 minute drive to Damariscotta. Pemaquid Peninsula is home to the historic Pemaquid Lighthouse, the University of Maine Darling Marine Center, the Old Fort Henry, Pemaquid Beach and beautiful hiking trails.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

Maine Waterfront Hideaway

You won't find mobs of tourists here but you will experience a working lobstering village in Maine. Sit back, relax and enjoy the quiet and privacy of 2+ acres at the end of a dirt road with a huge dock located on a tidal cove. Great for family reunions with lots of space and activities for folks of all ages. We focus on making the house comfortable and don't want you to worry about the little things like feet on the couch, water rings on the table or a broken glass. Life happens :-)

Discover this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Hallowell. Little Apple Cabin is a private tiny cabin on five wooded acres, created for guests who want quiet, space, and deep rest. Surrounded by trees and farmland, it’s a simple, intentional place to slow down, sleep well, and enjoy Maine without crowds or noise. The cabin features a king bed on the main level, a cozy wood stove, and a wrap-around cedar deck for coffee, reading, and stargazing. Camden and Rockland are about 25 minutes away, and Belfast is about 30 minutes.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Waterfront Sunrise Cove Cottage

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Owners live on property with small dog.
