Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. School Cottage is a charming hideaway nestled within the grounds of a former period school, right in the heart of the Royal Sandringham Estate. The peaceful village of Shernborne sits just a stone’s throw from the King’s country residence and only a short drive from the stunning beaches of the North Norfolk coast. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 pet. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants.

Sandpiper Cottage, Thornham

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.
