Het was werkelijk geweldig, ontzettend leuke, betrokken mensen. Gastvrij, ondernemend, benaderbaar en alles om je een fijn verblijf te geven. Het ontbijt met zelfgemaakte producten was een hele lekkere verrassing!

This place was very different to anywhere we had stayed before. Jochem had gone out of his way to make this an experience which it was. He was a fantastic host and provided us with way too much food etc. even wine and chocolates. We felt bad as we weren’t there much as we had booked a trip to Geithorn and also the Kuenkenhof gardens so we never got to partake of a lot of his generous offerings. Jochem’s place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Jochem was a great communicator as well.

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances chez Willems, je ne m’attendais pas à être dans sa maison mais tout est fait pour y être à l’aise. Un petit livret est posé afin qu’on sache quoi faire dans les environs. Ça aide beaucoup et il est super réactif lorsqu’on lui demande comment accéder à un endroit. Merci encore

Appartement spacieux et bien décoré dans une maison ancienne typique. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Beau petit déjeuner copieux. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Strasse, das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Treppen sind recht steil. Edwin ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps über die Stadt und besondere Restaurants gegeben hat. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es sogar eine Ladestation für das E-Auto.

Kort maar krachtig! Annie reageert snel en is erg hulpvaardig. Huisje is mooi en ruim. Erg schoon. Mooie zit achter bij de koi vijver. Super verblijf!

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

We had booked the place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Cathie was very nice and helpful and the place was wonderful as well. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a weekend. The breakfast were quite good as well Mayank

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in Andrea & Andreas Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass man die Stadt bequem erkunden kann. Andrea ist eine unglaublich liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und sehr einladend. Man merkt, dass Andrea viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort legt. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Andrea & Andreas!

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Wat een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen. Jitske is een geweldige host. We kregen een heerlijke ontbijt nog erbij wat de kers op de taart was!

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

So glad we found this gem. It was perfect for 3 women visiting a friend who lives around the corner. Very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast, coffee, and snacks were just what we needed to start our day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home while visiting Amsterdam.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anton. L’appartement est identique au photos, le lit confortable. Il y a énormément d’équipement et d’ustensiles de cuisine. Anton et sa femme nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, ils étaient très gentils et attentionné cela se voit qu’ils aiment accueillir. Le petit plus est le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et copieux. Je suis super satisfait d’avoir pris cet appartement. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Ondanks dat we in nov kwamen met niet het beste weer, hebben we ontzettend genoten! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, goed bed en heerlijke ontbijtjes. We hebben met de fiets in 1 dag een groot deel van Texel gezien. De restaurants in Den Burg zijn ook geweldig en helemaal niet duur.

er was dan ook helemaal niets wat er ontbrak. Overal was aan gedacht. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer aan te bevelen. Zelfs het ontbijt werd rekening gehouden met intolleranties. Heel dankbaar voor dit heerlijke verblijf

Kleines aber super gemütliches und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick in die unverbaute Natur. Lage direkt hinterm Deich in einer ehemaligen Dorfkirche. Morgens erwartete uns ein leckeres Frühstück im Wohnzimmer der Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at the accommodation. Comfy and convenient, waking up on the water was a lovely way to start each morning. Description matches the place with all the amenities you need for a city break. The hostess was friendly, good at communicating and accommodating when the flight plans changed the day of travel. Very much recommend staying here and I would love to stay again next time I’m in town.

Magiczne miejsce które przeniosło nas do innej epoki. Wyjątkowo spokojna okolica dla relaksu i wyciszenia. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i życzliwi. Napewno jeszcze wrócimy i gorąco polecamy ten obiekt 👍😀

We had a fabulous time at Monique’s place. The view across to the windmills of Zaanse Schans was a real highlight, right up there with the breakfasts. We were unaware that the day after our arrival was King’s Day but Monique very kindly looked up the public transport timetable for us which ensured our trip into Amsterdam to join pre-booked tours went without a hitch. Monique’s checkout flexibility also allowed a second visit to Zaanse Schans which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Monique, staying with you was a wonderful end to our travels.

So eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung habe ich selten gehabt. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war picobello sauber. Das Bett war sehr gut und nachts war es absolut ruhig. Ich habe besser geschlafen als zuhause. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, und es gab täglich kleine Überraschungen, vielen Dank Maret und Pepijn. Wenn ich wieder mal eine Auszeit brauche, komme ich gern wieder.

Die Untekunft von Yvonne ist sehr schön, man hat alles was man braucht um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Yvonne is eine herzlich liebe Frau, die bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat, auch sind die beiden Hunde sehr Wohlerzogen und sehr lieb. Wir werden beim nächsten Stopp gerne wieder bei Ihr halt machen. Yvonne wir wünschen Dir von Hezen alles Gute und immer nette Gäste. Susanne &Norbert
