L'appartement a une superficie de 80 m² et une terrasse. Il y a une chambre à coucher principale avec un grand lit et des armoires intégrées. La pièce principale offre un coin salon, un coin repas et une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (kitchenette) avec une petite machine à café filtre pour le café en vrac et les capsules (par exemple Illy), une machine à filtre, un grille-pain et une bouilloire. Une autre chambre à coucher peut être séparée de la pièce principale par une porte coulissante. On y trouve un lit pliant pour deux personnes, des armoires intégrées, un canapé et une télévision ainsi qu'un accès direct à la terrasse. Du couloir partent une salle de bain principale avec douche de plain-pied et WC et une salle de bain d'invités avec WC.
