Peaceful cabin overlooking the Little Clyde River

Cute cabin with main floor living room, dining area, bathroom, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and BBQ on the deck. Our bathroom has a composting toilet, sink with bottled water to wash hands. We provide bottled water to drink. We would welcome you in our main house for a shower if needed. Enjoy a swim in the Little Clyde River or ping pong or darts in our renovated barn. Best gravel road bicycling around. Your dogs will love the freedom they have running on our fields.

Kick back and relax in this calm stylish space. Double sized murphy bed, bistro set and kitchenette are all you need to live simply. A 3 piece bathroom (private) is available in the main house if desired *Laundry available for a fee. You will be welcomed by our friendly and loveable chocolate lab Deacon. Relax on this quiet lake with 2 kayaks from your private dock. Build up an appetite hiking 7 miles of Wilderness Trails across the street and BBQ fresh fish for dinner under the covered deck.

The Waters Edge Guest House

Très bien situé près de la Marina "Brown's", un dépanneur qui offre aussi biere et vin. A quelques pas de l'hotel Opinicon, la galerie d'art du vieux moulin, le musée de l'éclusier, le sentier Trans-Canadien "Cataraqui Trail", l'écluse de Chaffey's Lock et les petits villages de Newboro, Westport, Elgin, Delta, Jones Falls, Seeley's Bay et Gananoque dans les mille Iles.

Whether its enjoying a coffee on the lounge chair while watching the sunrise; stargazing on the patio; sitting around a warm campfire; or falling asleep under our son's handcrafted cedar strip canoe: this retreat was designed to maximize a unique experience. The building is completely separate from our family hobby-farm and offers a secluded space for our guests.

Windswept on Wolfe

Windswept is the perfect word to describe the continual changes of the weather on Wolfe Island. The River one morning can be calm and serene but by the end of the afternoon, waves that rival the ocean come racing in. Each season brings its own delights, whether its kayaking along the shores in the summer, watching the steamships go by or seeing the deer at the waters edge. Windswept has something for everyone. Peace and quiet, solitude if you choose. Gourmet dinner available.

Unplug and unwind at our Adult-Vibe property, access to Dock, and our recreation barn with kayaks, bikes, games, books and more. This special unit guest house is located just 10 steps away from your private shower room. Although we do not have air-conditioning in this unit, it is in the shade and has plenty of fans that keep it very cool.

At our cabin, you will enjoy plenty of privacy. The cabin sits on a half acre site and includes a separate bathroom bunkie, a firepit, a screened-in gazebo, and parking at the site. Surrounded by 200 acres on a beautiful lake in the Canadian Shield. The property boasts various hiking trails, a private beach just a 2-minute walk from the cabin, a 35-foot waterfall, a multitude of wildlife, and very dark skies allowing for amazing star-gazing.

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
