The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, and toilet papers. We offer high-speed internet. The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.

Our cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a remote mountain feel in a convenient location. We are 30 mins from Downtown Asheville and 10 mins to Downtown Hendersonville and its bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. We are less than an hour drive to many beautiful Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest hikes. At the cabin we have a hot tub, outdoor dining, firepit, tv, board games, and books.
